Are you looking for an opportunity to work for a global brand where you can use your skills, be part of a diverse team and grow with a dynamic company? We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Team Lead to join our global team in either Germany, India, Poland or Spain.

Purpose of Role

  • Lead the development and enhancement of the company's data analytics and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Deliver meaningful insights that enable data-driven decision making across global business functions.
  • Manage and optimise reporting platforms, dashboards, and data processes to ensure accurate, actionable business intelligence.
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to identify opportunities to improve performance through data and analytics.
  • Support the ongoing development of the company's data strategy, governance, and reporting landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Data Analytics function, providing technical expertise and strategic direction.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance business intelligence dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI.
  • Transform complex data into meaningful insights that support commercial and operational decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of data warehouses and underlying data structures.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through analysis of operational, commercial, and market data.
  • Drive improvements in reporting automation and analytics processes.
  • Promote data governance best practices and ensure compliance with company policies relating to data management and security.
  • Provide guidance and support to business users on reporting tools and analytics platforms.
  • Contribute to strategic projects and change initiatives by providing analytical expertise and business insights.
  • Monitor analytics performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Data Insights role, with experience leading projects or teams.
  • Strong experience with Power BI or similar analytics and visualisation platforms.
  • Understanding of data modelling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business functions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience within aviation, logistics, transport, or another fast-paced international industry would be advantageous.
