Creative Copywriter, Global Marketing Department
We’re seeking a Creative Copywriter to join Avia Solutions Group’s innovative marketing department / internal agency, based at our Vilnius office.Your concepts will shape brands and campaigns, and your words will captivate global audiences across a variety of digital and traditional platforms. About the role
- As a Creative Copywriter, you’ll take ownership of copywriting projects from concept to execution, develop creative concepts and campaigns, and work closely with our digital, design studio, project managers and web development teams to bring ideas to life.
- You’ll be expected to think beyond individual pieces of content - understanding the bigger communication objective, audience and brand, and translating them into clear, engaging and effective creative work.
- The role will give you access to a portfolio of diverse clients and projects, ranging from aviation to sports (and many sectors in between).
Who are we looking for?
- We’re looking for a self-starter who can bring energy, dynamism, and enthusiasm to the team. If you like to disrupt the status quo, bring new ideas to the table, or want to do things better - we’d love to hear from you!
- 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably within an agency, marketing team or similarly fast-paced creative environment. A solid portfolio of content or creative projects that you can share will also be considered.
- Excellent command of English, with near-native or native-level written English. Exceptional grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure and attention to linguistic detail are essential.
- Experience writing for different audiences, industries, brands and communication objectives.
- Ability to turn complex topics and business information into clear, engaging and accessible communication.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver multiple tasks to deadline.
- Comfortable writing for different formats and channels.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar tools as part of the creative process.
