About the Role
We’re looking for a new colleague to join our Compliance Monitoring Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our compliance with EASA Part M and Part 145 regulations, maintaining high-quality standards, and collaborating with regulatory authorities, manufacturers, and key industry partners.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure the effectiveness of the compliance monitoring system, reporting to the Compliance Monitoring Manager.
- Maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities, OEMs, and external operational partners.
- Keep company manuals, policies, and procedures up to date, implementing necessary amendments.
- Monitor regulatory changes and integrate them into the quality and compliance system.
- Supervise company activities to ensure alignment with EU regulations and industry requirements.
- Identify and document non-compliance issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and verified.
- Communicate with the Transport Authority, customers, and service providers regarding audit findings and corrective measures.
- Conduct audits and inspections in line with the Quality Assurance / Compliance Monitoring Program.
- Ensure AirExplore’s certification and approvals for continuing airworthiness and maintenance.
- Evaluate and approve aviation material and service suppliers in line with compliance standards.
- Support hazard identification and risk assessment in line with our Safety Management System (SMS).
- Actively participate in internal audits and address any non-conformances.
What You Need to Succeed
- At least 3 years of experience in Compliance Monitoring, with 1+ year of active auditing experience.
- Advanced English skills (you’ll be working with documentation in English daily).
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards is essential.
- Previous experience in an airline, airport, civil aviation authority, or handling/cargo company is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Willingness to travel the world—including some challenging destinations!

Monthly salary is depending on your professional and personal qualifications in the required areas
