Financial Controller. Vilnius, Lithuania

As a top employer in the sector, we are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance department. You will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and collaborate closely with outsourced accounting partners and internal stakeholders across the business.

What you will do:

• Oversee accounting operations handled by outsourced accountants, including billing, collections, reconciliations, and transaction recording.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, monitor financial performance, and prepare variance analyses.
• Coordinate statutory, regulatory, and management financial reporting.
• Maintain finance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support cash flow management and oversee payment cycles.
• Prepare management reports and work with external auditors and advisors.
• Perform additional finance-related tasks as delegated by the direct manager.
  

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation is a strong advantage.
• Excellent MS Excel skills (experience with Power BI, or similar tools is a plus).
• Ability to analyse large datasets and produce meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Proactive, ownership-driven, and “get things done” mindset.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.

Base salary starting from €3,200 gross per month (depending on your competence and experience).
