About the Role
At BBN Airlines, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Budget and Reporting Manager to join our Finance team. This role will play a key part in managing financial reporting, budgeting processes, and business performance analysis while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Budgeting and Reporting team
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
- Analyze business results, KPIs, and cash flow
- Ensure accuracy and quality of financial data
- Prepare and present reports to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage internal and external audits
- Collaborate with Treasury, Sales, Finance, and Technical teams
- Support BI tools, Microsoft Dynamics improvements, and efficiency projects
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and contribute to financial initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in audit/budgeting and reporting/financial controlling, at least 2 years of experience as a manager
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles, including TFRS & IFRS, tax reporting principles, financial planning and budgeting
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and BI tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Audit experience is a plus
