Pilot Assessment Specialist. Vilnius, Lithuania

Our cozy and friendly team is looking for a new member: a professional who is fueled by the ideas of delving into aviation industry, applying his/her psychological assessment skills and taking a proactive role in maintaining aviation’s safety standards. Are you ready to join the international aviation team?

We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:
• Assessing candidates’ potential to become professional pilots
• Coordinating and organizing future pilot assessment procedure
• Maintaining and developing assessment procedures to ensure the highest quality and match stakeholder requirements
• Preparing documents and reports regarding future pilot assessments
• Cooperating with the sales department regarding candidate attraction and preparation strategies
• Cooperating with other departments to ensure high quality assessment procedures
• Participating in various additional internal projects
• Working with company's IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth process
• Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals
• Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager

We dream about a team member who:
• Has experience in recruiting and/or conducting psychological assessments
• Has Bachelor‘s or Master’s degree in Psychology
• Uses English language at an effectively operational and independent level
• Has good skills in Microsoft Office 365 environment
• Is a team player with a proactive attitude
• Is a follower of top-notch standards for producing quality work
• Can work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership
• Is flexible and has good time management skills
• Wants to learn every day and thinks aviation could be the love of one`s life

Salary: from 2000 € to 2400 € (brutto)
