We are seeking an energetic and proactive Accountant to join our team and manage the full Accounts Payable process, from invoice receipt to payment. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in the finance team, as well as regular interaction with suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the centralization and optimization of accounting functions;
• Manage day-to-day Accounts Payable operations, ensuring smooth and accurate processing;
• Process and post supplier invoices;
• Execute payments and payment runs;
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments;
• Process travel expense reports;
• Maintain and update vendor master data;
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger;
• Support month-end closing and reporting activities;
• Contribute to process improvements and development initiatives;
• Perform ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor‘s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or similar finance roles;
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes;
• Strong Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and reconciliations;
• Confident working with financial systems and digital tools;
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken;
• High levels of responsibility and accuracy.

Salary starting from 2300 EUR (including taxes), with potential ranges based on experience.
