Key responsibilities:
1) Report any irregularities to Chief - Operations Control to acknowledge and solve the problem.
2) Supervise company current seasoning flight schedule and aircraft fleet to match with Yield and Inventory Management.
3) Plan and select suitable aircraft consider aircraft type, performance and tail number to serve on appropriate route, range, and configuration.
4) Coordinate with Flight Operations Engineer, Chief pilot and Flight dispatch for any special operations, new aircraft and new route.
5) Recheck and revise flight schedule from Daily Aircraft Assignment Report by cooperate with
a) Yield and Inventory Management for Extra flight.
b) Charter flight Division to arrange AD-HOC flight (Charter flight, Med-Evac flight).
c) Technical Department to arrange tech positioning flight and estimated time of repair whenever aircraft in unserviceable (AOG) or serviceable under MEL /CDL condition.
d) Flight Operations Training Center to arrange training flight or base training.
e) Crew Scheduling division to support flight crew.
6) Requested Permissions from all CAAT concerned to ensure that such permission is granted to operate.
7) Request Slot time from Slot Coordinator concerns and ensure that such Slot time is granted.
8) Created schedule record, initiate flight, and assign aircraft configuration and tail number into Departure Control System and Operations Control System.
9) Finalize Daily Operations Report, review and evaluate the divergent flights after completed its operations.
10) Participate and keep conversant to IOSA/IATA/CAA audits and cooperate within Operations Control including other company functions concerns in order to accomplish IOSA/IATA/CAA requirement and standard.
11) Coordinate with department concerns to arrange aircraft for aircraft pest control, deep clean, airport emergency training and promotion advertising (video, photo etc.)
12) Manage Operations Control System and Departure Control System: create users account for all departments concerned.
13) Initiate emergency response action in accordance with company policy.
14) Ensure aircraft tracking capability and notify appropriate ATS when the aircraft cannot be tracking position.
15) Collect and update company's aircraft details and distribute to relevant function.
16) Manage personnel-related issues in division/department and implement occupational health & safety environment practice in order to prevent accident to employees in workplace.
17) Communicate information policies, strategies correctly and effectively to all employees in order to apply in practice.
18) Transfer knowledge, guide and coach team members to develop capabilities to deliver expected performance. Encourage team members on continuous learning for performance and career development.
19) Responsible for his/her career, self-development and continuous learning, which include participation in performance management system, training, knowledge management activities, and other development activities provided by the organization.
20) Carry out all concerned duties regarding Quality, Safety & Security required by the company.
21) Perform any tasks assigned by superior.
