D365 F&O Technical Product Owner / Technical Consultant. Vilnius, Lithuania / Remote

We are looking for a D365 F&O Technical Product Owner / Technical Consultant to take ownership of our Human Resources Information Systems built on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (HR module). In this role, you will act as the bridge between HR, IT, and external vendors, ensuring robust, scalable, and business-aligned HR solutions across the Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive technical implementation decisions across the HR systems landscape, ensuring alignment with business objectives and HR processes.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Human Resources, including the design, development, and maintenance.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee external implementation and development partners, ensuring quality, timelines, and standards are met.
  • Design, manage, and maintain integrations between D365 HR, Payroll, and other internal IT systems.
  • Lead employee data migration and data conversion activities, including data collection, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Provide 2nd-level support for HRIS-related issues, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.
  • Guide and coach internal/external team members to strengthen our Dynamics expertise and establish best practices across development.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically the Human Resources module.
  • Understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate for building and maintaining HR solutions.
  • Experience with data migration, interfaces, and system integrations within HR landscapes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and comfort supporting complex systems in a live environment.
  • Experience with reporting tools (SSRS, etc.).
  • Hands-on approach to collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to identify and implement best practices and new solutions that may enhance the efficiency of business processes.
  • Experience in HR or Payroll processes is a strong advantage.

Technical skills requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Lifecycle Services (LCS), including environment management, deployments, updates, monitoring, and operational governance.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including system setup, configuration, and custom development/programming.
  • Proven experience in system integrations, including gathering integration requirements, preparing specifications, and managing high data loads (e.g., Payroll and other downstream systems).
  • Practical experience with Dynamics workflows / Power Automate flows, supporting HR and cross-functional business processes.
  • Knowledge of API Gateway management, including exposing APIs, handling notifications, defining payload structures, and ensuring secure data exchange.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including:
    • Integration specifications
    • Functional specifications
    • High-level solution architectures and schemas
  • Experience working with version control / source control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps), with a solid understanding of build and release pipelines and deployment practices.

Salary: from 6000 € to 7000 € (brutto)
