QA Specialist. Vilnius, Lithuania

We are looking for a QA Specialist to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through comprehensive manual testing. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with development and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to follow structured testing processes.

Main responsibilities:

• Write and execute manual test cases and analyze results.
• Identify and track bugs.
• Review and analyse system requirements.
• Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Work with agile processes that are adapted to the team’s needs.
• Provide suggestions for improving the testing process.

Main requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques, including functional, integration, regression, and other types of testing.
• Knowledge of API tools such as Postman.
• Have experience with JIRA, Confluence and Xray tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
