About the Role

As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role as a member of our Scrum team. You’ll lead the development of groundbreaking software solutions that benefit not just one enterprise, but the entire Avia Solutions Group—a global aviation leader.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee software development projects, ensuring objectives are met.
• Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
• Review and enhance current systems, proposing initiatives to optimize business operations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6).
• Knowledge of .NET programming (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core).
• Experience with cloud platforms and APIs (Azure).
• A solid understanding of Web Services (RESTful).
• Exceptional backend programming skills.
• Familiarity with C# ORM techniques (Entity Framework) will be advantageous.
• A proactive and solution-driven mindset.
• The ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.
• A passion for mentoring and supporting team growth.
