Head of Human Recourses. Vilnius, Lithuania

We seek an experienced, single-member Head of HR with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our HR programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives. You will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. Ultimately you will be required to build and manage an HR department to meet the growing company's needs. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement various HR policies that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
  • Develop HR plans and strategies to support the overall business operations objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development and motivation activities.
  • Function as a strategic business advisor to the management of each business unit regarding key organizational and management issues.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Manage talent acquisitions, negotiate employment agreements, and create job descriptions.
  • Manage payroll, staff wellness and performance reviews.
  • Strengthen relations between staff and employers and promote the organization's values.

 

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in HR management position.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
  • Knowledge of HR management principles and best practices.
  • High work ethic and exceptional leadership skills.
  • Strategic thinking abilities, strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to initiate and manage changes.

Salary: from 2975 € (brutto)
