YOUR TASKS:

• Deliver practical and theoretical aircraft maintenance training to new and developing mechanics.
• Share hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, procedures, safety, and technical documentation.
• Support mechanics during on-the-job training and monitor their progress and development.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to ensure trainees develop the required technical skills and knowledge.
• Prepare and deliver training materials, demonstrations, and practical exercises.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Training teams to ensure training aligns with operational and safety requirements.
• Provide feedback on trainees’ performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Promote a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture throughout the training process.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Minimum 5 years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably in an MRO environment.
• Hands-on experience with Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 aircraft.
• Strong practical knowledge of aircraft maintenance procedures and practices.
• Previous experience in training, mentoring, coaching, or supervising maintenance personnel.
• Technical education in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Native Spanish and intermediate English (B2).
• Willingness to work in Punta Cana and support operational training requirements.
