With our new hangar in Punta Cana now operational, we are looking for talented professionals to join our growing MRO team. Successful candidates will play an important role in supporting the continued development and success of our operations in the Dominican Republic.

YOUR TASKS:
Conduct quality audits and inspections to verify compliance with applicable aviation regulations, company procedures, approved standards, and quality requirements;
Perform audits of maintenance activities, processes, records, facilities, tools, equipment, and documentation;
Identify non-conformities, deficiencies, and areas of potential risk, ensuring that findings are properly documented and communicated;
Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and monitor their effective and timely implementation;
Review maintenance documentation and records to ensure accuracy, completeness, traceability, and compliance with applicable requirements;
Support the investigation and resolution of quality-related issues and contribute to root cause analysis;
Prepare and maintain audit reports, quality records, and other required documentation;
Work closely with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Planning, Supply Chain, and other relevant departments to address quality findings and support continuous improvement;
Monitor compliance with internal procedures and applicable aviation requirements throughout maintenance activities;
Support the continuous improvement of quality management processes and promote a strong safety and quality culture within the organization;
Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with FL Technics procedures and applicable aviation regulations.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aircraft Maintenance, Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field;
Previous experience in aviation quality, aircraft maintenance, MRO, quality assurance, or auditing;
Knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations, maintenance requirements, and quality standards;
Experience conducting audits, inspections, or compliance assessments is highly desirable;
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills;
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and potential risks;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments and stakeholders;
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel;
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aviation environment;
Previous experience in an international or multicultural aviation environment is considered an advantage;
Knowledge of applicable EASA, FAA, or other relevant aviation regulations is an advantage.
