We’re looking for an Aircraft Documentation Engineering Manager to join our Technical team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a challenging and hands-on role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of technical documentation and support key activities across different stages of the aircraft lifecycle.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Evaluate engine and aircraft status and configuration prior to purchase;
- Review aircraft records during aircraft transitions or other inspections;
- Manage the technical aspects of aircraft delivery, redelivery and transitions;
- Prepare final aircraft documentation and records to the required standard during aircraft and engine transitions;
- Review preliminary aircraft maintenance check workscopes with the MRO or CAMO;
- Represent the company on-site during maintenance checks;
- Analyze aircraft records and invoices following the completion of maintenance checks;
- Evaluate and apply aircraft and engine Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) for the relevant ATA chapters;
- Monitor the status of life-limited and hard-time-controlled parts across the aircraft fleet;
- Manage maintenance, planning and engineering-related activities efficiently;
- Provide support on technical and maintenance-related queries to company management and other departments;
- Review and update fleet-wide technical documentation;
- Prepare Fleet Summary Sheets.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- University degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Aviation or a related field preferably;
- Solid technical aviation background, with experience gained at an airline, aircraft lessor, CAMO or MRO organization;
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in aircraft technical records and documentation management;
- Good understanding of the aircraft lifecycle, including maintenance, delivery, redelivery and transition processes;
- Experience in aircraft maintenance, planning, engineering or technical records-related activities;
- Ability to review and analyze technical data and aircraft records, identify discrepancies and ensure documentation meets the required standards;
- Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, MROs, CAMOs and other external partners;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and preferably AI tools;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership.
