Your responsibilities will include:
• Acting swiftly to source, purchase, and deliver aviation spare parts to meet urgent client needs.
• Executing brokerage deals by connecting buyers and sellers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Monitoring market availability and identifying immediate procurement opportunities for high-demand aircraft components.
• Building and maintaining a reliable network of suppliers, repair shops, and industry contacts for rapid deal execution.
• Coordinating logistics and documentation to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with aviation regulations.
• Managing multiple procurement and trading projects simultaneously in a time-critical, high-pressure environment.
• Meet sales targets.

We expect You to have:
• Proven experience in aviation spare parts sales, trading, or procurement, brokerage experience is a strong advantage.
• Ability to act quickly in the market, securing deals and sourcing parts under tight deadlines.
• Relevant industry experience would be a big plus.
• Strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills, with a commercially driven mindset.
• Fluent in English.
