The ideal candidates will be key contributors to our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in shaping the success of our operations in the Dominican Republic.

With the opening of our new hangar in Punta Cana, we are actively seeking exceptional individuals to join our MRO family and now we are looking for the Non-Licensed Aviation Mechanics.


YOUR TASKS:

  • Perform heavy maintenance on Boeing 737 (600-700-800-900) and Airbus A320 CEO family aircrafts.
  • Carry out structural, mechanical, and system-related tasks under supervision of licensed engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality assurance protocols during maintenance activities.
  • Support troubleshooting and repairs, following company manuals and instructions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy maintenance on Boeing 737 (600-700-800-900) and Airbus A320 CEO family aircrafts.
  • Completed technical/aviation education or equivalent hands-on training.
  • Good English skills (understanding, readig and written) and native Spanish speaker.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to learn and grow towards licensed mechanic/engineer positions.
