As an AMOS Administrator in the ASG Aviation Solutions and Corporate Integration department, you will be responsible for the day-to-day functional administration, implementation, and optimization of the AMOS system, a leading Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) software developed by Swiss-AS, across ASG’s subsidiaries. This role focuses on configuring AMOS modules, supporting airline maintenance and engineering processes, managing data quality, and ensuring system adoption and compliance with group standards. Location: Any of ASG offices in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and administer AMOS functional modules (Engineering, Planning, Inventory, Finance, etc.) according to airline business need.
  • Implement AMOS across multiple airline operations, ensuring standardized processes and optimized usage.
  • Conduct business process analysis, align AMOS workflows with airline requirements, and identify areas for functional improvements.
  • Prepare and maintain AMOS-related documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process specifications.
  • Manage AMOS data migration activities: mapping, transformation, validation, and cleansing.
  • Act as first-line functional support for AMOS users: troubleshooting, permissions, and workflow configuration.
  • Coordinate and test AMOS version upgrades, patches, and functional enhancements.
  • Support and monitor scheduled tasks, system jobs, and AMOS interfaces with ERP, flight ops, and MRO systems.
  • Train end-users on AMOS functionality and ensure knowledge transfer across subsidiaries.
  • Document and manage post go-live customizations to maintain consistency across all airlines.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in AMOS administration or similar MRO/M&E software.
  • Strong knowledge of airline maintenance, engineering, planning, inventory, and finance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with AMOS data migration and ETL processes.
  • Solid understanding of AMOS configuration, workflows, and functional customization.
  • Strong technical documentation and training delivery skills.
  • Experience supporting interfaces between AMOS and third-party applications is an advantage.
