Software Sales Project Manager / Business Development. Vilnius, Lithuania

We are looking for an independent Aviation IT Software Sales Project Manager to take the lead in the product (software for aviation business) sales and development. If you consider yourself an engaged communicator and happen to notice that people “just get you”, if you are thirsty for continuous development and rapidly grasp the concept of new technologies in aviation, keep on reading.

The position requires out of the box thinking, ability to sell combined with IT Project Management skills to make an impact on our company and benefit to our growth. You will be successful in this position if you are able to show commitment, convey your vision and make IT happen!

 Your role:

   •  Providing Sales Project Management for assigned IT products (Software)
   •  Providing recommendations to potential clients on product capabilities and features
   •  Defining project scope, goals and deliverables
   •  Building customer relationships – earning their loyalty and trust
   •  Prospecting and generating new sales leads
   •  Educating customers about our value-added solutions
   •  Conducting online presentations to all levels of employees
   •  Closing sales with consultative selling approaches
   •  Gathering and analyzing the market and user feedback to identify necessary improvements and opportunities

   •  Experience and passion for Sales
   •  Ability to sell, meet goals and multi-task
   •  Relationship-building skills, ability to connect with customers and teammates
   •  Experience in IT project’s sales role
   •  Good people interaction skills with the ability to positively influence teams and individuals
   •  Strong analytical, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
