Your main tasks would be:

• Calculate and monitor crew duties according to flight time limitations (EASA FTL and/or company manuals);
• Respond to personal requests from crews and provide other relevant information;
• Monitor, and identify the need for crew qualifications and skills in line with company requirements;
• Administer crew planning system “Leon Software”;
• Ensure that operational requirements are delivered cost-effectively.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Minimum of 1 year of airline experience with an understanding of EASA regulations, would be an advantage;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
• Attention to details and accuracy in working with data;
• Excellent communication, multitasking, negotiation, and problem-solving in complicated situations promptly;
• Ability to work in a team.
