With the continued growth of our operations in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, we are looking for a Store Operator to join our Supply Chain team and support warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling activities.
YOUR TASKS:
• Receive, store, and dispatch materials in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and part traceability in the ERP/MRO system.
• Pick and deliver materials to maintenance teams according to work orders.
• Monitor storage conditions, including labeling, temperature, humidity, and shelf-life requirements.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and quarantined materials following quality procedures.
• Perform cycle counts and support annual physical inventory activities.
• Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and audit compliance.
• Prepare shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, inventory control, or related roles.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office; ERP/MRO experience is considered an advantage.
• Forklift license or previous forklift operation experience is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level is considered an advantage.
