YOUR TASKS:

  • Learn about DOA Design Part 21J and POA Production Part 21G services;
  • Planning engineering tasks and workload to Design Engineers;
  • Providing support to Lead Engineer and Head of Units;
  • Maintaining projects planning related to DOA;
  • Monitoring and reporting projects status in the areas of budged, schedule, solving issues, and project change requests;
  • Monitor Department and personal KPI's;
  • Together with Lead Engineers ensuring appropriate resources availability and allocation for timely projects execution;
  • Supporting Sales team with preparation of technical proposals and evaluations;
  • Leading communication with technical departments in case of need to obtain specific technical documentation;
  • Provide problem solving, root cause analysis and preventive/ corrective actions as required to support the projects.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • University (or equivalent) Degree (Engineering, Aviation Management, Project Management is an advantage);
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken);
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, aviation, engineering, manufacture or IT;
  • General MS Office and good Excel knowledge;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Demonstrate willingness in resolving planning issues, finding solutions and identifying priorities;
  • Experience working with project management system (JIRA, MS Project or similar is an advantage);
  • Ability to systematize, summarize, analyze and clearly provide information;
  • Ability to manage multiple project tasks and timelines to successful completion;
  • Responsibility, accuracy;
  • Ability to work in a team.
