YOUR TASKS:

• Understand DOA (Design) and POA (Production) capabilities, identify and pursue potential sales leads;
• Promote and sell aviation Design Engineering solutions, services, components and manufactured products;
• Engage in proactive sales activities, including negotiations, contract preparation, and management;
• Initiate and oversee project progress in collaboration with customers and internal teams;
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients;
• Conduct market research and analysis (Europe, CIS, MEA regions) to identify new business opportunities;
• Represent the Company in exhibitions.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in international sales management;
• Good English and Russian language skills (at least B2 level);
• Strong time and work management skills, desire to learn and improve;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of building lasting client relationships;
• Goal orientated with high sense of ownership;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
