YOUR TASKS:

• Monitor, operate, and support the company’s network infrastructure, responding to network incidents and service requests in accordance with established incident and change management procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, performance, and hardware issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems when required.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to support network changes, upgrades, and projects across company locations.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring network issues and contribute to problem management activities.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Onsite IT teams, including creating and maintaining knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentation.
• Monitor network devices and services, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize system configurations for maximum efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Assist in planning and designing network topology for smaller sites.
• Support and maintain network-connected infrastructure, including:
  • Network devices: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba, UniFi, ClearPass;
  • Physical security systems (network perspective): Cameras (Hikvision, Hanwha), Entry control (Kantech, Suprema);
  • Printers: Lexmark, Xerox, PaperCut.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Network engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure support.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise firewalls and switches, preferably Palo Alto, Fortinet, HPE Aruba.
• Solid understanding of: TCP/IP, VLANs, subnetting; Routing and switching fundamentals; VPN concepts (site-to-site and remote access); Network troubleshooting methodologies.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical users.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and follow established procedures.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when required.
• Very good English.
