Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Windows endpoints.
• Manage hybrid identity environments (Active Directory + cloud identity).
  
• Resolve incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
  
• Perform system monitoring and operational health checks (availability, performance, security alerts).
  
• Manage user access, permissions, and identity security controls (MFA, Conditional Access, least-privilege).
  
• Apply system patches, updates, and configuration changes.
  
• Support business applications and act as a technical contact for operational issues.
  
• Monitor and respond to security alerts and potential vulnerabilities.
  
• Assist in incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
  
• Participate in IT projects and infrastructure improvements.
  
• Collaborate with Service Desk, IT teams, vendors, and business units.
  
• Support change management processes and ensure safe system changes.
  
• Create and managed MS Intune/Purview security policies.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 2–4 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure or system administration.
• Experience working in Microsoft-based enterprise environments.
• Microsoft certifications are considered an advantage (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, MD-102, SC-300).

• Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Entra ID / Azure AD.
• Microsoft Intune.
• Windows endpoints.
• Hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Identity and access management.
• MFA and Conditional Access.
• Basic Microsoft Azure services.
• Patch management and endpoint security.

• Windows Server environments.
• Networking fundamentals.
• PowerShell or basic automation.
• IT security best practices.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting enterprise systems.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during incidents.
• Clear communication with users, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management).
