GDPR Specialist. Vilnius, Lithuania

As a top employer in the sector, we are looking for a GDPR Specialist (Freelance, Project-Based) to support a short-term project (several months).

The primary objective will be to assess our current data protection framework, conduct a GDPR compliance gap analysis, and based on the findings, update and prepare the necessary documentation and processes.

What you will do

• Conduct a comprehensive GDPR compliance assessment (gap analysis)
• Identify risks and provide clear, practical recommendations
• Prepare and/or update required documentation (privacy policies, data processing agreements, internal policies and procedures, consent forms, etc.)
• Review existing processes and align them with GDPR requirements
• Provide an actionable implementation roadmap

We are looking for

• Proven experience implementing GDPR compliance in organizations
• Ability to independently conduct compliance assessments and prepare documentation
• Excellent Lithuanian and English skills (written and verbal)
• Location – Vilnius
