YOUR TASKS:

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including user, group, role, and access policy management;
  • Create and enforce device configuration profiles and compliance policies;
  • Package, deploy and manage Win32 applications;
  • Configure Windows Autopilot for seamless device provisioning;
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API;
  • Manage and monitor endpoints using Microsoft Intune;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance end-user experience and IT service delivery.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Proven experience administering Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD);
  • Strong knowledge of Windows device lifecycle management (including compliance, configuration, and update policies);
  • Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks;
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities and experience automating administrative tasks;
  • Advantage having experience with Cloud user and data migration;
  • Flexible working hours and ability to travel;
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction;
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing IT environment;
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required; additional languages are a plus.
