YOUR TASKS:

• Design and implement efficient purchasing processes and procedures to enhance organizational performance.
• Organize and oversee daily procurement operations to ensure smooth and timely acquisition of goods and services.
• Analyze procurement data and generate reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and production, to align procurement activities with organizational needs.
• Negotiate favorable terms, build strong, long-term relationships with suppliers to maintain a reliable supply chain.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements to processes and systems.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Aviation experience is a big advantage.
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier evaluation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
