As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Group Finance Controller to engage in group consolidation, financial reporting, and the implementation of group-wide accounting policies and controls. YOUR TASKS:

• Group Consolidation and Financial Reporting: Oversee the consolidation of financial data across the whole Group entities and lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS. 
• Group Policies and Compliance:  
• Develop and implement group-wide accounting and tax policies, procedures, financial and operational processes, including reporting frameworks, consolidation tools, and internal control systems. 
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and tax reporting requirements across all jurisdictions. 
• Accounting Process: Support the integration and setup of accounting processes for newly established or acquired entities, lead or assist in the setup of ERP system or software. 
• Collaboration: Close collaboration with local teams and finance teams across the whole Group (including external accounting consultants) to ensure alignment with group standards, smooth and accurate period close and reporting processes. Participation in budgeting and forecasting processes. 
• Process Optimization: Drive improvement in consolidation processes, implement automation solutions to improve efficiency in group reporting and compliance functions. 
• Ad-hoc: Pro-active participation in various finance related projects (e.g. due-diligence, M&A etc.) and improvement initiative as well ad-hoc analysis and tasks. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• A solid understanding of the financial and managerial accounting processes and principles (incl. IFRS), preferably certification in ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualifications;
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation processes, financial systems;
• Hands-on and pro-active approach in developing, implementing, and improving group-wide financial processes;
• Strong knowledge of accounting requirements and analytical skills, with ability to manage issues across multiple business units and countries;
• Experience of at least 4+ years in finance controlling, accounting, or audit (Big4, international / multi-entity companies is a plus);
• Excellent communication and planning skills, fluent English;
• Navision Dynamics/Business Central, BI knowledge and experience with databases is an advantage.
