YOUR TASKS:

• Financial Analysis and insights: 
  • Analyze financial performance for the assigned group entity or business unit, including variance analysis and key business drivers. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making. 
• Budgeting, Controlling and Monitoring: 
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure alignment with group objectives. 
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance. 
  • Investigate and address financial discrepancies, proposing corrective actions as needed. 
• Actively participate in month end-closing process: prepare and review accruals and provisions, calculate impairments and other adjustments ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile key accounts in assigned Group entity and/or business unit. 
• Act as a Finance Business Partner for the assigned entity and/or business unit, providing guidance and support in finance controlling & analysis related topics. 
• Closely collaborate with Group Finance Controller to align reporting, process, and compliance. Assist in preparation of consolidated financial statements. 
• Conduct various ad-hoc analysis and engage in various local and Group Finance projects, including financial analysis, improvements initiatives, business plan preparation, presentations etc.  

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

Analytical and data driven mindset with experience in data management and proficiency with MS Excel supported by ability to summarize information for illustrative conclusions, raise questions and propose solutions. 

• Good understanding of the financial and managerial accounting processes and principles (incl. IFRS). 
• Be well familiar with financial statements and reporting (ability to read and to prepare balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement). Experience in preparation of consolidated financial statements is an advantage. 
• Experience of at least 3+ years in finance analysis, controlling, analysis and/or similar field (Big4, international, multi-entity company is a plus). 
• Good communication and planning skills. 
• Fluent English. 
• Navision Dynamics/Business Central, BI knowledge, and experience with databases is an advantage.
