With the opening of our new hangar in Punta Cana, we are actively seeking exceptional individuals to join our MRO family and now we are looking for the experienced Facilities Manager.

YOUR TASKS:

• Manage hangar systems (fire extinguishing, ventilation, access control, compressed air, electrical supply, etc.).

• Oversee the familiarization and handover process..

• Ensure general building maintenance and coordinate repairs.

• Manage hazardous and household waste removal.

• Perform potable water testing.

• Oversee company vehicles and ensure proper coordination for servicing or inspections.

• Maintain office furniture and workplace equipment.

• Coordinate electrical equipment connection and supervision.

• Supervise the cleaning crew.

• Manage cleaning supplies and toiletries.

• Coordinate lockers and working clothes.

• Handle non-technical procurement related to facility operations.

• Act as the main point of contact for facility-related vendors and service providers.

• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders to guarantee facility readiness and smooth operational continuity.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in facilities management, infrastructure maintenance, or general services.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Spanish proficiency.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors or vendors.
• Structured, accurate, and responsible work ethic.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently, proactively, and within a multicultural team.
