YOUR TASKS:

• Composite Repair: Carry out composite repairs on aircraft component in accordance with SRM or OEM instructions.
• Repair Execution: Independently perform wet lay-up, prepreg, and metal-bond composite repairs.
• Technical Documentation Usage: Properly use aircraft technical documents (SRM, CMM, IPC, SB, SL, etc.) when executing repair tasks.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all performed repairs.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all repair comply with approved aviation standards, regulations, and manufacturer specifications.
• Damage Assessment (Not mandatory, but considered an advantage): Ability to perform composite damage assessments based on aircraft/component maintenance data (SRM/CMM)

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to perform composite repairs on A320 FAM and B737 NG aircraft components in accordance with approved maintenance data and company procedures
• Having composite training certificate
• Knowledge of aviation regulations, standards, and composite repair processes.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with a multicultural team
• Knowledge mandatory training: Human Factors, Fuel Tank Safety, and EWIS
