Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking experienced, safety-driven Captains and First Officers who operate with precision and professionalism.

General Requirements (Applicable to Both Positions)

• Valid ICAO or EASA ATPL (subject to authority validation)

• Valid Airbus A320 Family Type Rating (A319/A320/A321)
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate
• English ICAO Level 4 or above

CAPTAINS

Flight Experience

• Minimum 5,000 total flight hours
• Minimum 2,000-3,000 hours as PIC on jet aircraft
• Minimum 500 PIC hours on Airbus A320 Family
• Minimum 100 hours on type within the last 6 months

FIRST OFFICERS

Flight Experience

• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours
• Minimum 500 hours on Airbus A320 Family
• Minimum 100 hours on type within the last 6 months
• Senior First Officers with higher experience preferred

Selection Process (Both Positions)

• Technical and HR interview
• Psychometric evaluation
• Simulator assessment in Istanbul or Sharjah (travel and accommodation provided)
