Senior IT Specialist. Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia / Hybrid work

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration or technical support.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management.
• Good knowledge of networking, Windows operating systems, hardware troubleshooting and enterprise IT support.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL or CompTIA certifications are an advantage.
• Experience in the aviation or other regulated industries is preferred.
