Who You Are

Ideally experienced in airline operations, you will be a customer-focused, self-motivated, and reliable individual, capable of methodically navigating time-critical decision-making scenarios within a team. You thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills, and maintain a calm and composed approach under pressure. Success in this role requires an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and highly developed written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time position, based on 40 hours per week. Due to operational requirements, employees work a rotating roster based on a 4-day work pattern. It requires maintaining effective situational awareness and network oversight, communicating clearly and promptly with internal and external stakeholders, and consulting with key personnel when implementing recovery solutions, all while ensuring timely and customer focused outcomes. A strategic approach is essential to ensure aircraft operations proceed as planned. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. If you thrive in a challenging fast paced environment, this position could be an excellent fit.

• Ability to work in a team environment, in a cohesive and friendly manner

• Confident in problem solving and making decisions quickly

• Ability to re-shuffle and prioritise your day-to-day activities as needed
