Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.
Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?
- Ensure that all documentation and systems comply with service standards.
- Maintain timely and clear communication to support the cabin crew in adhering to service procedures and ensuring they have the necessary tools.
- Deliver service and grooming training for cabin crew.
- Act as a liaison with partner/client airlines regarding cabin crew service-related matters.
- Proactively anticipate the needs of partner/client airlines and align in all relevant areas.
- Collaborate with the dedicated CabinOPS team to accomplish tasks effectively.
- Gather and analyze feedback from partner/client airlines to identify areas for improvement.
- Take initiative when necessary to maintain standardization in collaboration with Cabin Base Supervisors or Cabin Crew.
- Conduct regular grooming checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Implement cost-control measures to optimize uniform budgets.
- Monitor and assess service performance, identifying areas for enhancement.
- Provide training and guidance on grooming and professional appearance, especially during OCC sessions for newcomers.
- If you have experience in makeup or hairstyling, share your expertise by teaching cabin crew how to achieve a polished, professional look—offering hairstyling techniques and product recommendations for a well-groomed appearance.
- Travel to different bases, ensuring service consistency while engaging with teams on-site.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A customer service-oriented mindset.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Experience in the aviation industry (would be an advantage).
- Financial management, leadership skills, and project management experience would be a plus.
