Avion Express is a narrow-body ACMI (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance) and charter operator. Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Develop a transition strategy, consistent with redelivery best practices (e.g. pre-redelivery inspection protocol, records consolidation).
• Lead and align cross-functional teams (engineering, maintenance, records, planning) to meet lease clauses and lessor expectations.
• Oversee risk, budget, and resource allocation for technical scope.
• Serve as technical escalation point for complex issues (repairs, deviations, exceptional modifications).
• Report status, risk, and readiness to Fleet; provide recommended inputs for commercial decisions (e.g. deviations, cost trade-offs).
• Coordinate with Fleet on lease deviations or condition exceptions, ensuring commercial decisions are supported with robust technical input.Ensure internal standards reflect demands (e.g. repair file documentation, back-to-birth traceability for LLPs).
  

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Aeronautical university degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years work experience in PART 145 and/or PART-CAMO organization. Fleet/Aircraft transition experience would be an advantage.
• This role has an overarching control over key departments therefore proven leadership, team player and project management skills is highly required
• Experience and knowledge of Airbus A320 family aircraft
• Motivation, willingness to develop and create new processes, share best practices
• Readiness to travel
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
