We’re looking for a proactive Finance and Business Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will work directly under the guidance of the Chief Financier, acting as a trusted right hand in driving key financial initiatives. You will be exposed to complex financial processes, contribute to meaningful projects and further strengthen your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.

GET READY TO:

• Assist in verifying, organizing and archiving company financial and operational documents;
• Prepare various reports and analysis (both on a scheduled or ad hoc basis), based on business needs;
• Provide high-quality analysis of financial and accounting operations;
• Collaborate with internal departments to support month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial reporting process;
• Participate in project and activity cost analysis;
• Work closely with IT department to develop and enhance reporting tools, particularly in Power BI;
• Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems by analyzing processes;
• Provide guidance on report types, data sources and preferred visualizations to ensure reports effectively meet the needs of various teams;
• Assist management in other ad hoc tasks and participate in various projects.

SKILLS YOU WILL NEED:

• University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline;
• Proven experience in accounting and financial analysis or similar role;
• Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures;
• Strong Excel skills, experience with Power BI (would be a strong advantage);
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is considered an advantage;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;
• An analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in data management and ability to summarize information for illustrative conclusions;
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a strong sense of ownership;
• Open and positive communication behavior.
