Material Procurement & Technical Agreement Engineer. Vilnius, Lithuania

We are currently seeking a Material Procurement & Technical Agreement Engineer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management and Parts follow-up within the company for all parts and maintenance activities.
• Stock Management for sales and maintenance activities.
• Part procurement, exchange parts, and sending parts to the shop process in coordination with Logistics and Customs Departments.
• Cooperation establishment with Maintenance Repair Organizations (MROs) that meet the company's requirements, establishing communication, and including them in the MRO pool as per company’s internal procedures.
• Tender processes management for aircraft/engine parts and maintenance activities according to the needs and plans.
• Implementation of new supplier agreements and ensuring the procure-to-pay process can be efficiently conducted in accordance with agreed procedures.
• Warranty follow-up procedures.
• Service provider evaluation.
• Maintenance activities cost follow-up and reporting.

Key Qualifications:

• Significant experience in project management.
• Strong numerical, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels with clients and partners.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in monitoring and reporting on activity costs, ensuring financial goals and reporting accuracy are met in alignment with business objectives.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications.
• Technical aviation background, including experience working with an airline, aircraft lessor, or MRO organization, is a plus.
