Avia Solutions Group is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Specialist to join our in-house marketing agency, PAN-PAN. If you love social media, have an eye for trends, and are eager to build strong skills in professional social media management, this could be your perfect next step.

You will work on a range of exciting projects for our brand and our clients, helping to publish engaging content, promote it across channels, analyze performance, and provide insights and recommendations. Most of your time will be dedicated to Avia Solutions Group social media channels, as well as supporting our internal email newsletters and performing other technical tasks.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute creative ideas and concepts as we continue to strengthen our social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring our content plan is as diverse and engaging as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
• Monitor engagement and support community management.
• Track digital performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Help prepare and send internal newsletters, including basic formatting and scheduling.
• Update information on our Group websites and on our office TV screens.
• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Some experience or strong interest in social media management (internships, personal projects, or freelance work).
• Basic familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
• Interest in learning tools such as social media scheduling platforms, newsletter software, and basic website content management systems.
• Good communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
• Good excel skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow deadlines.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Salary from 1500 EUR including taxes, depending on the experience of the candidate.
