Accountant (Lithuanian entities). Vilnius, Lithuania / Remote

We are seeking an Accountant, who will be responsible for accounting of group subsidiaries, to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have a strong, self-assured personality, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Quality and efficient accounting management for the subsidiaries of the holding company, from the registration of primary documents with the perspective of preparing financial statements;
• Tax calculation and declaration to State institutions of the Republic of Lithuania;
• Preparation of statistical reports;
• Consulting employees on accounting matters;
• Participation in project activities;
• Improvement of accounting-related processes;
• Communication with clients and colleagues on financial matters;
• Adherence to common procedures and established deadlines.
  

Requirements:

• Higher education in accounting or finance;
• Good knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial reporting standards;
• Computer literacy;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to manage various data flows;
• Results-oriented;
• Excellent skills in collecting, structuring, and analyzing information;
• Advantages: Good knowledge of English;
• Experience with accounting software such as Navision, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central;
• Strong communication skills.
