In this role, you will be responsible for managing crew schedules while ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations. Your duties will include maintaining operational efficiency, optimizing crew resources, and supporting business development through technical testing and system updates.

Who We’re Looking For

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of SHT-FTL (Flight and Duty Time Limitations) regulations.
• Apply FRM (Fatigue Risk Management) principles to ensure operational safety and crew well-being.
• Utilize and manage specialized crew planning and scheduling software for daily operations/monthly planning.
• Manage business development processes, including user testing, implementation, and system updates for planning tools.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless crew rotations and operational continuity.

What It Takes

• At least 2 years of crew planning experience specifically within the aviation industry.
• Graduation from a university associate degree program or higher.
• Minimum B1 level English proficiency (written and oral).
• Knowledge of computer skills, particularly Windows and MS Office applications.
• Completed FRM (Fatigue Risk Management) training.
• Strong knowledge of crew planning scheduling software and SHT-FTL requirements.
