Avia Solutions Group Global Services Philippines is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support the team sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the organization.
In the role of Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring great talent for the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience using various platforms, including social media, to identify and engage with potential candidates. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases is essential. While experience with sourcing techniques for the aviation industry is not required, it will be considered an advantage.
Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire, and retain the most qualified employees.
This position will report to the ASG Global Services Philippines office in BGC, Taguig, under a hybrid setup, working in the APAC time zone.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Using Different Platforms:
- Utilize various sourcing platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive talent pipelining and relationship management.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume Databases:
- Manage and maintain the organization's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Utilize resume databases to identify and contact potential candidates for open positions.
- Generate and analyze recruitment reports to track the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Sourcing Techniques for the Aviation Industry:
- Apply specialized sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates with experience in the aviation industry.
- Develop an understanding of the specific skills and qualifications required for aviation-related roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create targeted recruitment campaigns for aviation positions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, with sourcing using various platforms, including social media.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with sourcing techniques for the aviation industry is a plus.
- BSBA- Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or other relevant fields.
