YOUR TASKS:

  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts (incl. variance analysis) and group reporting packs in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Month-end closing: Collaborate with colleagues from accounting, finance, and other business units to ensure smooth, accurate and timely period close and reporting processes.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the annual budget, 5-year strategic plan, and quarterly re-forecasting preparation processes.
  • Financial Analysis and Modeling: Conduct analysis of FL Technics Wheels and Brakes Group entities' financial and operational performance, implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability, and build various business models requested by management
  • Cash flow management: Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow forecasts, and perform other ad-hoc analyses
  • Data Analysis and Power BI: drive the development and implementation of data analytics initiatives, including Power BI dashboards
  • Continuous Improvement: proactively lead continuous improvement initiatives (such as digitalization, process automation etc.) and implementation of Group policies and best practices.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar field (BIG4, financial analysis/controlling, financial accounting and reporting), preferably in an international company.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and accounting requirements.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to developing, implementing, and improving financial processes across the Group
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • A team player who actively communicates with stakeholders across multiple business units and countries to address and resolve issues
  • Excellent communication and planning skills, with fluency in English.
  • Experience with Navision Dynamics/MS Business Central, BI tools (e.g. Power BI), and databases is an advantage.
