Business Analyst. Vilnius, Lithuania

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing IT team. As part of a dedicated group of professionals, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of internal and external systems. Your insights will play a key role in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and driving business success. We promise a place for you to contribute and be enabled with a wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

  • Collaborate closely with various Business Units to understand their processes and needs.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Assist colleagues with ERP system functionality and related inquiries.
  • Act as a middleman between Business Units, Developers, and Data Analysts.
  • Process and structure data to support decision-making.
  • Prepare and maintain clear, structured documentation.
  • Conduct product and feature testing.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and demonstrations.
  • Review and prioritize newly received requests.

We dream about a team member who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, IT, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis.
  • Familiarity with Business Analysis tools (Confluence, Jira, Draw.io).
  • Experience in process modeling and documentation (BPMN, UML, or other diagramming techniques).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently on complex tasks.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken).
  • IT and/or aviation industry experience (advantage).
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices.

Salary: from 3306 € to 3967 € (brutto)
