POSITION NAME: Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (A340 endorsement)

Contract - July 3rd 2025- October 5th 2025

YOUR TASKS:

  • Carry out line maintenance (daily, weekly, service checks) on A340 aircraft type
  • Perform other work on aircraft as outlined by applicable Inspection Instructions, Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins in accordance with accepted practices.
  • Ensure that all items of work are recorded and signed out as required on the applicable Maintenance Control forms.
  • Carry out any other assigned duties as directed by the supervisor/manager.
  • Track and plan maintenance activities and coordinate with Dispatch as required.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Hold a valid Transport Canada M2 aircraft maintenance engineer license
  • A340 endorsement required
  • Minimum 2 year of licensed AME experience and line maintenance experience is an asset.
  • Be familiar with the appropriate parts of the MPM, MCM, aircraft operations specifications and maintenance manuals necessary for the performance of his/her duties.
  • Applicant must be able to work independently and/or in a team environment and have good organizational skills, pro-active, result-oriented and strive for continued improvement.
  • Airport Security Clearance (RAIC) including an airside driver’s permit (AVOP) for any airport is a plus.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to company needs.
