Avia Solutions Group Global Services Philippines is on the lookout for a CAMO (Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization) Engineer for pooling.
This position is based in the ASG Global Services Philippines office in BGC, Taguig, under a hybrid setup and working on the APAC/EMEA Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities
- Analysis and evaluation of: ADs, SBs, Modifications and Repairs, Parts and Components (Airframe, Appliance, Engine, LG, APU)
- Statuses review, prepare, manage and update
- Prepare and manage Structure Repair and Damage Log, SSI list
- Prepare and manage aircraft Avionics and Software lists
- Prepare, issue and manage Work Orders
- Maintenance instructions development (EO, JO, WC, etc.)
- Review and analyze completed Visit Packages, Work Orders and Shop Visits
- Lead and supervise a team of CAMO Engineers
- Ensure compliance with applicable airworthiness regulations (e.g., EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO)
- Coordinate workload distribution, task prioritization, and team development
- Oversee technical records, maintenance programs, and documentation processes
- Liaising with TC/STC holders, OEMs, authorities, auditors and customers
- Participate in aircraft deliveries, redeliveries, and transition projects
- Drive process improvements and contribute to quality and safety culture
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s or College Degree in Aeronautical or Engineering.
- Aircraft type training certification.
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in CAM/TAM activity, with 2 years in CAM-specific roles.
- HF, FTS, EWIS, SMS, and Part-M/CAMO training from a Part-147 MTO (preferred).
- Proficiency in AMOS/OASES systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
