We are looking to expand our team with a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Auditor to support our Compliance Monitoring Department. Job Responsibilities:

As a Junior Auditor at AirExplore, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our operations through audits and inspections. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting audits and inspections as part of our ongoing Compliance Monitoring System.
• Ensuring that all audits and inspections are properly and completely performed, in compliance with the Compliance Assurance Program.
• Identifying and documenting any non-compliance, and ensuring that the information is passed on to the responsible employees for corrective actions.
• Recording concerns and findings, with supporting evidence.
• Monitoring and verifying the effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Assisting the Compliance Monitoring Manager with activities to ensure the efficient functioning of the Compliance Monitoring Department.
• Performing additional duties and tasks as assigned by the Compliance Monitoring Manager.

Requirements:

• Education: A background in the aviation field is a significant advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
