ABOUT THE COMPANY:

FL Technics Engine Services is a subsidiary of FL Technics, an aircraft MRO organization for EASA/FAA/UK CAA Part 145 approved repair and on-wing support engine shop for CFM56-3, CFM56-5B and CFM56-7B types of engines.

FL Technics Engine Services team has extensive experience on the CFM56 family of engines which allows us to provide quality on time service to our customers. Our team strives to provide a bespoke service for the industry allowing for the reduction in engine operating costs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation and analysis of engine shop visit work scopes.
  • Preparation of engine shop visit work packages prior to engine induction.
  • Review and analyze engine data to assess conditions and identify any required actions.
  • Preparation, correction, and updating of engine maintenance and shop visit documentation.
  • Analyze technical records, including maintenance status and component data.
  • Initiation and preparation of engineering documentation based on technical evaluation.
  • Monitoring and control of newly issued ADs (EASA, FAA, TCA), SBs, SILs, and other applicable documentation.
  • Preparation of technical reports and, where applicable, provision of technical guidance.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Aeronautical or mechanical degree (Engineering degree is an advantage).
  • Experience in engine leasing, airline, MRO, or consultancy environment (is an advantage).
  • Experience with CFM56-3/5/7 engines and understanding of continued airworthiness requirements (is an advantage).
  • Ability to analyze and interpret EASA and FAA regulations to ensure compliance
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to prepare clear and well-structured technical reports.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to add value to the team.
  • Good English language skills (minimum Level 2) with the ability to understand and apply technical documentation.
