What you will do:

Join Skytrans MRO, part of the global Avia Solutions Group, and play a key role in supporting aviation operations across Australia. We are seeking an experienced Stores & Purchasing Manager to lead our inventory and procurement functions, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational readiness across multiple bases.

  • Lead and mentor a dispersed team across stores and purchasing.
  • Oversee inventory control and ensure compliance with CASA requirements.
  • Manage supplier relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
  • Support engineering and maintenance teams with parts forecasting and logistics.
  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and reporting.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years’ experience in stores, inventory, or procurement management (aviation highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of CASA regulations, aviation parts traceability, and procurement standards.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to obtain/hold an ASIC and Dangerous Goods Awareness certification.
